These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Startboard (the "Service"), operated by Makeable Brand LLC ("Startboard," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Startboard.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Startboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant Startboard a license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. If you make a board public or share a link, you are responsible for the information you choose to make available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or other users.
  • Upload malware or use automated means that disrupt the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Third-party services

Startboard may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Startboard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account in Settings.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startboard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you through the Service.
